The Detective Is Already Dead : Episode 4

I think I’m gonna drop this, I just have zero interest in this show at this point. The characters just are not interesting at all, they are super dull and generic. I have seen them so many times before. And the dialogue just feels empty, they talk and talk but I never really feel like much is being said. Meanwhile even though we got some action this episode, nothing matched the visuals we got in that first episode at all.

This whole thing feels like a mistake. The character I was interested with died with the first episode and was replaced with somebody who isn’t interesting. The setting is silly, middle school kids and now high school kids wandering around with guns in Japan, doing things without any questions.

On top of it all, the harem is way too obvious and boring. Hey here is a new girl who fits a trope, lets help them for 2 episodes and now they are a member of the cast. Maybe at some point we will learn about the interesting stuff in the background with this secret organization and androids. But I have no hope it will end well, none at all. They just aren’t setting it up.
