My Status as an Assassin Obviously Exceeds the Hero’s : Episodes 3 & 4

So these two episodes clearly are an improvement for me over the first 2. Mainly in terms of much better pacing and character development. Where as the first two felt very fast and rushed, this felt like the proper speed. And we still got a lot of good development in these two episodes as well.

First we get the new cast member in Yoru the demon cat. Who is still around purely because both Akira and Amelia like cats and fluffy animals, and didn’t want to kill or further injure a cat. Which is just very silly when you stop and think about it, but hey they have the team mascot and additional companion now.

But we have also gotten some major character development between Akira and Amelia, which may feel a tad fast. In that Amelia clearly has a crush on Akira, and he obviously likes her in return. So the romance is starting off early and moving pretty quickly. But I don’t mind as long as it feels good and is enjoyable to watch. Amelia gets further development with her relationship with the sister and the Elven Kingdom, and just seeing how overpowered some of the skills are in this world. Between Akira being able to essentially disappear with his skill, to Amelia being able to revive people who have died for an extended period of time. I’m just glad the overpowered skills are spread out some, and not all based purely on the Hero or main character.
