And so after 200 some years, the royal family finally has learned about the curse. Or at least what started it all I guess. But I 100% agree with the younger brother, this has been going on for 200 years now. And nobody from the spirit side has come forward to talk about the issue, or provide a reminder for why the spirit festival happens and the prayers and all that. It very much confuses me how they expect the royal family to truly apologize for something their ancient ancestors did generations ago. Instead you will just cause resentment to grow that will cause further issues, much like what is currently happening with Ravisel. At the end of the show, anything that happens between the royal family and the spirits will 100% be at the fault of both parties, but more on the spirit side for just having very poor communication. Plus creating a 1 generation curse that got out of hand, and than just ignored it instead of solving the issue they themselves made.

Now for other stuff, it is obvious the overarching romance story between Ellen and Gadielle. Which is going to closely follow the original romance between Rovel and Origin. While the love at first sight stuff is a bit tropish, I don’t really mind if it creates a good story. And a story about these two kids solving a 200yr old curse and bridging those ancient problems is something that is interesting.
