The next fun character in the group has appeared in Tabuchi, and more hi-jinks involving Oota and Kashiwada. And with it the first truly great look at how much Oota really does care for her, despite everything he does. Nothing is done with malice or dislike, just an excuse to hang out with the girl he likes without saying it outright. Though I do feel bad for him, with how often things just end up going poorly for him.
