Inexpressive Kashiwada and Expressive Oota : Episode 1

I was really excited to see this get animated as the manga is just great. I love the very sweet and fun romance, with the reverse tsundere situation going on with Oota being the one constantly denying his very obvious feelings. Overall I just love the manga, and it has some just incredible growing relationships. Though I will say the visual style of the anime isn’t fully what I was expecting. And will probably take a little bit of time to get used to. I guess I would best describe it as a bit flat and monochrome? And for some reason Kashiwada just doesn’t look all that great compared to the manga, so I think this will end up being an anime that can stand on it’s own because of the good characters and story. But the manga would be the place to go for better art and visual style.
