Blood-C : Episode 10

So some things I’m pretty certain of by this point. Like Saya being a vampire or maybe a demon, given the whole feeding on blood thing. But my main questions now lie around the world this is taking place in, and what the demons she has been fighting are. Is this whole thing the real world, in some desolate village they took over. Or some virtual world they have placed Saya in. With just 2 more episodes to go we are close to getting those answers, and I feel the next episode will answer most of them for me.
