My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! X : Episode 10

So it looks like we are moving into the next part of this sudden arc. We are gonna meet with the kidnappers and probably have some sort of fight the next episode. And when they defeat them they will probably learn that Keith has some form of damage that needs to be repaired from the magic. And the final episode will be a rush finish to heal Keith to some extent and finish off the show. But it just isn’t very satisfying to me. I am disappointed that we don’t have some sort of story-line that brings this arc in line with the rest of the show. Nothing else in this show is dark or worrisome at all, it is happy slice-of-life stuff for episode after episode. Than they suddenly put in this dark and seemingly troublesome arc at the end to finish the season even though nothing else in the season contributed to it at all.

Something I wonder if everyone finds as annoying, or just me. Is the constant interruptions between Gerald and Katarina. It is one of the few things I really do like and enjoy when it comes up. But over the course of 2 seasons now essentially no progress has been made. And it feels like it is being stretched out forever due to the interruptions of the other characters constantly. If you want romance, add the romance to the show and have progression on that front. If you don’t want to have romance and have no progression over 2 seasons, just don’t include a romantic aspect at all.
