The Duke of Death and His Maid : Episode 8

Well I wasn’t expecting a flashback episode focused on when Alice came to the mansion. But as the show goes on, the main issue I have with both the manga and this anime comes to the surface. While I love the interactions between them, they haven’t shown me that any progress will be made on the curse at all. And it just makes me wonder how much longer things will continue before we get actual payoff for all this building. I am somebody who needs to see a possible ending to this really long journey in romances, and I never saw it in the manga and I’m not seeing it here. It is disappointing, but I doubt this show will make me pick up the manga again. I will just continue to wait for it to finish, and than read the final couple chapters to see how it ends, or whenever this curse gets solved.
