I feel like many of the issues they are having at the current moment, the royal family curse and the issue with Aria could be solved if these things were actually known beforehand. So much of the knowledge around spirits just seems to be forgotten knowledge, because the spirits just don’t talk with the humans anymore in the kingdom in general it seems. Like how are you supposed to know there is some odd curse of infidelity that triggers just on the thought of another man, not actually doing anything with the other person. It just feels very much overly aggressive from the spirits side. And with the royal family curse, nothing will be solved if you never actually remind people about it once in a while. You know, tell them what the issue is and see if you can resolve it, instead of letting the royal family resent spirits until you have some king who feels like just solving the issue his own way that may just end up doing more damage.

Like I just think most of the problems we have seen thus far could be solved with a tiny bit better communication skills of everyone involved.
