86 EIGHTY-SIX : Episode 10

Well that was mostly a peaceful and relaxing episode. Just showing some stuff the group got up to after leaving the range of the sensors. Overall it isn’t a terrible episode, pretty decent send off for the group of the season. Some questions still remain. Like that injured robot, where did that come from. Or if they are going to meet other people outside of the Republic, feel like they must. I doubt the Legion would be able to kill everyone on the planet. But than again we don’t really know what the Legions goals are anyhow, are they world-domination style bots or just focused on the country they were originally at war with.

Fido’s story was interesting, but also kinda confusing to me. It gives the impression that it knew Shin and the others when they were kids. And some discussion has been made in places that they had a dog, so connecting the lines that the dog became the robot. But if the Republic has the ability to put a dogs mind into a robot, why has this development stopped? You are a short ways off of putting human minds in robots, and than you have a true immortal army to fight the Legion. And why has this tech not even been hinted at previously. So instead, did they just have some random robot as a pet when Shin was a kid. Overall, it was a nice flashback. But the actual death was sudden, and kinda random to be honest.

For me I’m really just looking forward to whatever happens with Lena. I don’t see any way for her story to end well in a satisfying way. Or even a way that would let her live outside of this season. Honestly, this final episode will probably judge my final score. Depending on the ending, it will be great or just decent.
