Jellyfish Can’t Swim in the Night : Episode 5

Oh damn, are they actually going to do it. Are they actually going to give this show a yuri pairing between Yoru and Kano. Like I figured they would do the standard teasing thing were they are so close, but just stay as friends the entire time and leave it to the fan base to imagine in the end they got together. But we actually got the closest you could get to a full confession, and basically 2 dates in this episode. Honestly that is a ton of progress.

With all this relationship progress, we also get Yoru learning an important lesson. Don’t read the comments. Just easier to ignore everyone else on the internet and just do things for yourself because you like it. Though I guess in a way it gave her more motivation to try harder going forward. I’m just glad things are moving quickly, and aren’t getting bogged down in drama at the moment.

That feeling is generally what I think at this point, it has kept a great pace thus far. And I’m enjoying everything the show is giving me. Just really feels like they understand how things need to progress in a single cour anime to make sure things can be satisfying in the end. I’m hopeful that nothing ruins that progress and feel though.
