So the puppetmaster is really the evil one in all this with some bad plot isn’t he. He is gonna do some evil mastermind thing in the next episode or two after he gets a bunch of their data to do something that makes him more powerful. Or lets him gain more control over the Neans or something similar. Maybe also reveal he is a part of those other aliens that the whole war was about previously mentioned. I would be glad if this shocks me, but I just feel like this end is going to be pretty obvious.
