Witch Craft Works : Episode 3

Basically a repeat of my thoughts of episode 2, still don’t understand this show. I’m enjoying, but don’t understand what it is I’m enjoying. There is some crazy story here where Takamiya helped or saved Kagari in the past, when they were kids I guess. And at the time they signed some powerful contract, and now Kagari protects Takamiya. But the context for that I have no clue about at all, or the context behind the random witches who are attacking Takamiya constantly in comedic fashion. Really don’t understand what the point of any of that is.
