Overall a pretty relaxing episode, but with some unexpected information. Apparently the Fog doesn’t know what it is either. They were programed to be weapons to do a job, but don’t know anything else. Which does open up the question as to why, and why such a limited engagement. I wonder if we will ever get the answers that explain what the Fog is, where it came from, and what it’s actual purpose is.

Meanwhile it seems the group will need to fight out of the island and continue on it’s way to America. One thing I am unsure about is that random communication from America. Seems odd they re-established communications suddenly after years of silence. Wonder if that means America has been advancing in various ways as well, and might possibly be doing better in this fight than Japan.
