Symphogear G : Episode 9

The motivations of the characters by this point is just so lost to me. Isn’t this entire thing based around stopping the moon from falling, than what is the point of literally everything else. Or is it more of just a revenge story at this point. Because the moon falling has been a ticking time bomb in the background they mention on occasion, but nobody really seems worried about.

Meanwhile we have the Doctor whom I don’t really know what he wants. He seems to just want to cause chaos and destruction just because. Randomly summoning noise and destroying stuff, forcing everyone to fight for no obvious reason. I’m just not really seeing the plot motivations for these events at all.

And than we have the big event of the episode, somehow Miku has been given Symphogear. I’m guessing from something the Doctor did, but again, why? What does giving Miku this ability do to advance the larger goals outside of more chaos. I just don’t get it.
