[C] – CONTROL : Episode 4

So that start, that felt sudden. Really gave me the feeling that I was missing something with a cold open right into a fight. But the aftermath, that was rather shocking. In many ways it would have been better for him to commit suicide than the alternative that occurred. But it still keeps me wondering what exactly is going on with this whole system, it just doesn’t feel like it could ever possibly exist and work. Even magic needs to mesh with the world around it, and this system just doesn’t feel like it meshes very well.

Now I don’t really know why, but this episode actually convinced me to keep watching the show. By the end I was actually starting to get a bit invested in the show and characters. I kinda want to see where this progresses from. I think it might have been that the main character wasn’t the main focus. And instead he was just interacting with others in the world who played a bigger role this episode.
