Attack on Titan : Episode 22

So in the end absolutely nothing was accomplished at all in like 7 episodes. I kinda wonder what is actually happening in the show by this point. We have pretty much no character development or relationship development at all. No world building is happening, I know just as much about the titans and world now as I did on ep 5. The plot is back where we started at the mid-point now, so that didn’t progress any. Literally all that happened was some death and destruction, and showing more how incompetent the military force of this world is apparently. I guess we know a female titan exists as well?

It just all comes off as a bit pointless, like you want to see something get accomplished over time. Some progress being made in some aspect, and that just isn’t happening.
