Symphogear G : Episode 1

Back in 2018 I watched the first season of this, and my memories say I liked and enjoyed the show. But I only gave it a 5, and I don’t remember why. So I’ve decided to give the sequel a shot, especially given it is a series with a fair number of sequels to it. And just off the first episode, I’m enjoying it.

Thus far you have a good mix of characters and idols and don’t have any real complaints yet I’d say. Some mysterious enemy in the form of Maria has shown up controlling the Noise, and wants to take over the world it seems. And doing it in a very dramatic way, making your organization known at a massive live event.

Part of me is considering if I want to find the time to binge the original Symphogear again before I go any further. Just to really remind myself what this show was all about.
