[C] – CONTROL : Episode 2

Hmmm, what an odd show. I don’t really know what to think about this show now that the second episode is done. I don’t really see much of this story thus far, or where it is going from here out. You have a group making magic money and randomly spreading it around to gain control of the Japan I guess. But I don’t really understand how this process works when combined with the real world at all.

Also the method of being introduced to this world. They make it sound like you can join yourself, or be forcefully joined. But how would you ever learn about a magic cult in another dimension and figure out how to join them? And if those who are forced to join just end up loosing the first fight always, and I guess goes into deep depth in the real world maybe, or dies? The setup just doesn’t work at all in general for me. And I think I’m gonna have a tough time making this all work in my head to keep watching.

Side note about the visual style, I hate the style of the people from the other world. The two just clash so badly when side by side that I can’t understand why they made that decision.
