Attack on Titan : Episode 2

Continuing my re-watch, the show is fine but not 8/10 for me yet at all. We are still heavily in the prologue, and honestly you can’t get any idea about how the show will progress yet from what we have seen thus far.

But in what we have seen, it raises questions for me about a lack of technological advancement. Along with just the general history of humanity and the world. Things I do hope eventually over all these seasons get explained. But how come it seems like they haven’t had any progress in canon technology but have tools that shoot ropes at high speed and high tension. Or just standard brick walls with no reinforcements or strengthening at all, heck how did those walls even get built? Just some general questions I’m sure will get answered eventually.
