Little Busters! : Episode 14

So I’ve passed the half-way point of this show, and I can say I still don’t understand it. I don’t understand where this show is going or what will happen with it at all. It obviously has some larger story going on, but I apparently haven’t caught onto it yet. Or at least I don’t understand it.

Like this and the previous episode focusing on Mio and her story. I just don’t understand how this story is relevant at all. So Mio has some imaginary friend who she eventually forgot about, but they weren’t actually imaginary? Or maybe they were, maybe the entire thing was some odd hallucination or some form of schizophrenia. I just don’t understand it.
