Everyone is gathering in one place, in a continuation of the common theme of this show. Incredibly powerful people gathering in this one village around Dariel. This time we also have the former hero and a former demon king. One thing I always found odd in the manga, and the show also of course. Is just how little Marika is in the show after those first couple episodes. She is super important to getting Dariel to stick around, and than basically completely vanishes from the show after the timeskip.
