DIGIMON BEATBREAK : Episode 8

Is this leading up to the final arc with a conflict with the authorities maybe over what happens to defeated digimon. With last episode getting to see Kyo’s sanctuary where he keeps the defeated digimon. And this episode the authorities showing up directly to collect the defeated digimon and reinforce the idea that the digimon need to be deleted. With an attitude that seems to be that all digimon are glitches, which kinda goes directly against their hired cleaners that use those digimon to solve the issue. So that is definitely an open conflict point for the future. But I also wonder if they actually delete the defeated digimon, or if there is some other use or plan they have for them. Maybe relating to the giant egg that everyone wants to get into.

Also poor Hitomi getting involved with yet another digimon incident.
