So I'm a Spider, So What? : Episode 1

Ok, time to finally watch the anime of the light novel that I did mostly enjoy a couple years ago. And while I remember much of the overall plot points and what happens to various characters, I’m hoping to enjoy this show as we see it all over again.

So right from the start, like the voice cast and the job they do. And of course the actual story is off to a fine start, and exactly as I remember it being from the light novels. Though knowing how and why stuff is the way it is does change things up some. For these general plot info from episode 1, no complaints or thoughts at all.

My complaints come in full when it comes to the animation. Because while I have heard it was pretty rough, man it really is pretty bad. Just in episode 1 the CGI looks horrendous, and even the general animation just feels very poor. There just isn’t much good to say about it unfortunately, and I’m very much sad to say it takes away from the general story a ton. Will have to see how it changes over the course of the show, as I’ve read it gets worse somehow.
