Going from a single page every day, and waiting months and months for things to progress. To these 24min episodes that combines everything into a decent amount of progress every episode improves the general story a ton. It actually feels like things are progressing and moving forward, that just didn’t feel that way in the manga. Honestly, if this the original way I experienced the manga I would have enjoyed it far more.
