Kaina of the Great Snow Sea : Episode 2

I am really enjoying this show, far more than I expected to. It doesn’t feel like a normal anime at all, I mentioned previously it feels like a movie. But it really does. We have just finished that short prologue to introduce the characters, and set up the main plot. So we will spend another 2 or 3 episodes getting down the tree, and letting Kaina see the surface and a large group of people for the first time. Than probably a simple rest episode, before launching into the final main conflict with Ririha to try and save her country. And along the way there is probably some hints of romance that would happen after the show is over, and maybe even finding a new water source. I don’t know if any of this will go down this way, but it just feels like it was made for.

Honestly I don’t feel like I’ve had good luck with original anime recently, but I am really hoping this stays strong the entire time. And helps break that routine of poor original anime I’ve been stuck in recently.
