Chainsaw Man : Episode 11

Well that training segment went faster than I was expecting. I was expecting to see another episode or two of that. And as it is, it almost felt too short. Like I can’t see how anybody is all that better after fighting after that short period of time. And if it was a longer period of time, we didn’t see or feel it in any real way.

But I still feel like my biggest issue at the moment, as an anime only watcher. Having never read the manga before. Is I just don’t see how this is going to be a satisfying conclusion to this first season at all. We have 1 more episode I guess to have a final fight and kill this group of people. I just feel like it is a bit of an odd stopping point. I think it has been a good enough show up to now, and I might go read the manga in the future. But without a second season, I don’t think I could say this is a good way to end the first season. Just an advertisement for the manga, and I honestly thought we had finally moved around from pure anime as an advertisement by now.
