Honestly I never did enjoy this arc in the manga, and I think I like it less in the show. It just seems to go on for way too long for me. But really the biggest issue in the anime is it gets rid of the interactions between Mameda and Bunko and Tsubaki and the rest of the cast. And those interactions are just what makes things interesting and enjoying the manga and the show. So it is kinda disappointing they will probably end the show with this same story, and we won’t get any more of the interactions that are really good.
