I literally do not believe this episode. They couldn’t have designed a more anti-climatic and unrealistic ending if you tried. The big fight with Majima was over in like 3 minutes, no actual fight or anything that happened. And than suddenly no he isn’t defeated, he is back again. Like a bad jrpg, you just keep fighting the same boss over and over again. No explanation for how he escaped, or how he got into the tower. He just is.

The big show-down with Yoshi, also is super anti-climatic. We get to see them fight some girl we have never seen before, she must have some ability but who knows. Just some random extra character because Yoshi isn’t a fighter. And in the end they don’t even get the heart, he just walks off with it. And the big moment when Chisato uses real ammo, doesn’t even matter in the long run. Because she didn’t kill him. So their is no big shocking character development moment happening, just nothing. How dull.

Well how about the reveal that Lycoris has been revealed to the whole world. Right. Everybody on the damn planet knows there is a group of teenage girls running around Japan with guns just straight up murdering people. Yea no, we are just gonna hand-wave that away saying it was all practical effects. None of it happened at all, don’t believe your eyes. I guess they are also gonna cover up the random people who found those guns on the street and died from shoot-outs, none of that happened. It just goes so far beyond suspension of disbelief that is becomes a joke. This doesn’t get covered up with some half baked excuse, no it is over. Lycoris is over. The whole system has been revealed for the world to see.

Oh and remember the hacker Robota, yea no we are also gonna just deal with him real quick. Kurumi is just gonna reveal him with her superpowers and take him down. No back and forth hacking or challenge, it is just over.

And don’t forget, in case you have. We still haven’t learned anything about the Acorn group at all. That is still a massive plot point they have literally just ignored for the entire show.

This show has just been a massive disappointment to me.
