Summer Time Rendering: Episode 12

Time for another jump back to the past, and once again it is far after when the looping first started. Honestly it is advancing far too quickly to be useful for much longer, he is running out of time to loop if it is advancing this much. He probably has 2, or 3 more loops at the most if nothing changes. Of course that is the main point, if nothing changes. But it does seem like he could learn to use his power more to “render” the world in a different way after he dies. So it is possible he could use it to give himself more time or abilities or other things if he can learn to use it.

I do wonder what the general endgame of the Shadows are. They want to save Haine, the Mother of Shadows, and cure her of whatever is effecting her. But it leaves me with 2 main questions; how/what is effecting her and how did it happen, and what will she do after being healed? I don’t know if these will be answered, but I hope they do. At the very least I’m expecting to learn how Haine got injured, and it being used to defeat her finally in the end.

Also, Ushio being able to fight back against a weakened Haine is interesting and can lead to some great developments. That means she is at least on the same general power level as Haine, just maybe without as much training from age. Which leads to a prediction of mine, the show will end with Haine and being defeated. But Ushio takes her place as the Mother of Shadows, and allows the Shadows to live out more normal lives in place of their human counterparts. But we shall see.
