Sankarea: Undying Love : Episode 12

Technically the main show has ended, though they created an OVA titled as Episode 13 that seems to also be required viewing to really finish things out. And it hope it does doing something to finish out the story and give it a bit of a satisfying conclusion. Because as it stands with the main 12 episodes, it doesn’t really work.

Nothing about this final episode gave me any sense of conclusion and finality with the show at all. And really only tells me to go read the source material if I want a true ending of the story and the characters. Which to me is one of the worst endings you can have for an anime. I don’t care that the anime is just an advertisement for the manga/light novel, it is still a stand-alone product and should be able to work by itself.
