And we are back into the action full on and gathering more data about the Shadows and history of the island. Seems these shadows have been around for a long time, at least dating back to the world wars. Given they are showing up in the tunnels used back than, and appear to have copied a solider who tried to kill it using his gun.

More interesting though by far is the Shadows nest. At least that is what I’m assuming this place is, I don’t really have a better term for it. Just seems to be filled with baby and young shadows who don’t have much thought outside of kill. So no copying or strategies. Will make it easier to deal with them for sure, more like dealing with zombies than human targets.

The real question is how much Sou’s father actually knows, and if he is somehow involved with everything going on. I don’t know what will happen coming up, but it seems like a logical step in this loop or the next would be to meet up with him and figure out what he knows.

Also I’m constantly worried about Ushio. I almost know she won’t actually survive this show, she is already dead and we will get a sad scene in the end in which she has to finally truly pass on and stop being a shadow. But it seems she is not as durable and resistant to damage as you might think. She brought her arm back, but I guess it isn’t a true copy of the original arm and more of a copy of a copy. So it looses some of the original density and solidness that the original copy had.
