Oh man, a whole lot is now changing on this loop. Which for a time-loop based ability is incredibly dangerous. So much can now go wrong if things are no longer playing out in the same way they did in the previous loop. I do wonder about the numbers by this point, how many people have been copied and killed by Shadows already and replaced?

Also some major developments in that Shin isn’t going to be directly working with Nagumo. Which in some ways with the changes we know are happening, and how smart the Shadows are might actually be a good thing. It is harder for the Shadows to plan things out if they are dealing with 2 different independent parties who are both hunting them.

Ushio played a major role in the episode, and she is an enjoyable character. And obviously still has a ton of potential development in both her character, but also in her abilities as a Shadow. Something that she is technically, but it seems when she was transformed she never really got the knowledge of how to me one. Whole thing is real odd, and I’m not sure what is going on with it and how it will play out. Maybe she will unlock more knowledge about her abilities next time she is in a dangerous fight with another Shadow? Or maybe it won’t come till the next time they fail and she is captured and merged with the larger Shadow collective, and Shin is forced to loop due to circumstances.

In general I am 100% into the show still, it hasn’t lost me or made me want to change something about it. I never read the manga it is based on, which is really nice. It has honestly been awhile since I went into a really good show knowing basically nothing about the events that would be happening.
