The Case Study of Vanitas Part 2 : Episode 2

This was a pretty good episode, but I’m still kinda confused how we got here. I still feel like I am missing a transition episode from the previous season to this one. But outside of that, things are progressing well this episode. We appear to be right on the same story as the previous season, just now getting closer to learning what exactly it is and what is happening.

I will say the standout moment of this episode was Jeanne and Vanitas relationship. It still doesn’t feel like their relationship has been fully made real, like they both really don’t know what will happen with it. And part of it is all the various personal issues and history they have is interfering. Just a whole bunch of stuff they have to work through. But I do hope it continues and progresses more this season.
