Otherside Picnic : Episode 2

Finally decided to watch the second episode of this. And I’m really not sure if I love it or if it is just rather meh. While I do kinda like the setting and the idea of the place they are exploring. The characters don’t do all that much for me yet, feel like I don’t know much about them.

I also have an issue with how quickly they have thrown us into otherside, and into these monsters. But I don’t feel like we have had the proper reactions at all yet from Sorawo. She has just kinda gone along with it and not had a true reaction I would expect from somebody discovering this place and these things exist.

Think I mentioned it before, but man does the animation hurt this show as well. At times it looks pretty good and I don’t have any issues with it, but than they move the camera out for a walking shot or to put more people on the screen and it goes super low quality. The difference between the terrible quality moments and the good normal stuff is so massive I just have a hard time ignoring it.
