The Aquatope on White Sand : Episode 23

This show is nearly over, and I have to ask. Where has this show been for like, the last 10 episodes. Really? The past couple episodes have been much more similar to the 1st part of the show, which was than completely forgotten about forever till now. Till it is too late to recover. Also the magic came back suddenly, with not warning, and still doesn’t have the vaguest explanation.

With this episode we also see the general theme they are trying to sell for this part of the show, the whole idea. Everyone is getting into conservation or ways to keep the animals around for longer in their own ways. I don’t know why it took them so long to get to some meaning in this 2nd part, but here we are.

Though in the end, I feel like this is a rather hollow message. It is a feel good ending that the group will all be working in their own ways to save the animals and the planet, via conservation and learning and environmentalism. It is a rather idealistic view of the future they are trying to sell, and I always wish people with this view the best. But I am just not as hopeful.
