The Aquatope on White Sand : Episode 20

This episode has taken me forever to get around to, and mainly cause I have just lost all interest in this show. This isn’t what I signed up to watch in the beginning. I signed up to watch characters have fun at an aquarium and work together. You know a fun slice-of-life style show. Instead we are getting an abusive boss and overworked employee who doesn’t know how to just speak up and say no, your time frame is impossible and that no I’m not putting in any more overtime.

And I still don’t know how they could possibly end this show in a way that is at all satisfying at all. Half the cast of characters still hasn’t really been developed and just forgotten about once they hit the second part of the show. And the character relationships really haven’t grown nearly as much I would expect them to be by this point. The whole idea of magic from the first part has just been forgotten, no explanations. They have no visible path to a solid conclusion for these characters at all, hell the main characters dream at this point is just non-existent.

It started off with so much potential, but none of that exists now. I have no hope of this show ending well. But I still want to see it to the end due to invested time, so guess I’ll just force my way through the final episodes here soon.
