Another one of those episodes that is actually better than the content was in the game. They expanded on the Karen backstory with more childhood stuff and detail. And I always like when they do things like that.

Watching the anime I’m actually seeing some stuff I never got around to in the game. I only ever did a single playthrough, so I did end up missing some characters full routes and such. So will be interesting to see them play out during the anime.
