Guilty Crown: Episode 5

Couple episodes into the show now, and I’m starting to make some opinions I think. First off is I really don’t like the main character Shuu at all. As a character he just does everything that annoys me and seems to be rather gutless and lacking any real strengths. He just feels like an impossibly generic character. And I don’t really know if that part of his character will be getting any good growth or not as the show progresses.

Also this Undertakers group, I wish I knew more about them. They are obviously well equipped for a guerilla group within this country. And manage to avoid various conflicts and win others at a decent rate. Occasionally taking big hits from this space laser, or rod from god weapon. I just wish I knew more about where the funding for all this was coming from, do they have sponsors from various billionaires? Or are they connected with foreign governments who have stakes in removing the current government.
