The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess : Episode 9

I don’t have a clue where this story could possible be going in 3 episodes. I feel like they must be setting up something major to end the season on and make people want to go read the light novel. As they are now introducing politics with two different nations that are next to them, alliances and apparent wars soon to happen.

Though I do have to question, with my forever question about the dark core, what is war actually? Like how do you win a battle in which everyone forever re-spawns and can come back and fight again. Do you have to physically restrain everyone on the battlefield so they can’t fight back, or do they like have general rules of conflict that somebody won after enough people die. I don’t think I will ever get the answers to my questions, but would love to know.
