Dead Mount Death Play Part 2 : Episode 9

Well this is off to an interesting direction I wasn’t expecting. The Sabaramond group is a very diverse, but also far less magical group of characters than I was expecting. I didn’t expect to see a decent number of the random thugs to just be normal humans, with no extra powers or abilities. And who also don’t know anything about the larger events and abilities in this world. I do wonder who the Sabaramond group even is at this point. They seem to want to return to the other world, and have been working towards that goal for a long time. But I don’t know why, what drives a group to work so hard for a singular goal for over a century.

I also wasn’t expecting Shark Polka to get wrapped up in these events as well. I guess the Great Spirit is rather interesting in why there is just a kinda loose soul attached to this random shark, and just didn’t really communicate those facts very well.

In all, I’m interesting to see how this gets wrapped up this season. With 3 more episodes, I’m assuming we will end right after they get Shark Polka back. And have a direct confrontation with the trio in some type of fight or negotiation. Man I really need to keep reading the manga and catch up to see how things go.
