Mars Red : Episode 5

Huh, I feel like something was missing from this episode. Like events were just completely skipped over to get to that ending. The meeting between the Major and Vampire never got a conclusion, it just cut away from it. The fighting between the vampire unit and S-Classes didn’t get shown, or foreshadowed. It just kinda happened off screen and we learned about it later.

Really this felt like a super rushed episode. They wanted to move onto the next arc but didn’t have enough time to wrap up the previous one. So they just moved quickly on with the story giving just enough info to kinda have it make sense. The abridged version you could say. I really don’t like it. Also I noticed that we got a major downgrade in visual quality many times this episode. Things that didn’t get animated properly at all, or didn’t line up, or straight up had no animation. It all just combines to make an episode that just didn’t work at all for me.
