Gatchaman Crowds : Episode 12

Wait what, I’m very confused by that ending. I have no clue what just happened at all with that ending at all. So Rui released crowds to everyone, and convinced everyone who wanted to use it for good to come together and use the ability to stop the Neo Hundred along with helping to recovery and clean up. Meanwhile O.D, who is apparently an alien like Berg and J.J. decides to transform and fights and beats up Berg but ends up dying in the fight. And after everything is wrapped up, Berg flashes around and sees everything was undone. And than nothing?

Wrapping it up we have Hajime with some strange call to her mom. And finally wandering out the door with some voice inside her? Or carrying a voice with her? What happened with Berg? What happened with the discussion between Hajime and Berg, that whole discussion about meeting later? Why was she just wandering around with the noise, did the noise play some role?

I see there is an directors cut of this episode. And I’ll get to it next year when I reach that season. But I really hope it explains some things better. Because as it stands, I’m really lost and confused. I enjoyed most of this show, but this ending just wasn’t very good.
