Gatchaman Crowds : Episode 3

So I’m enjoying this show, but I don’t have a clue where it is going at all. Or what the main enemy will be of the show really. I’m going to assume it is the Red headed character that is going around and causing trouble by impersonating people and causing injuries, but really don’t know anything about them. Meanwhile we have the original Gatchaman group who seem to have solved their MESS problem, and not really sure where to go from here. And finally you have X and the GALAX who seems to want to save the world or bring humans together with the app. But honestly, there seems to be a whole bunch going on at once and not sure what is really happening.
