Tari Tari : Episode 12

Finally finished with the show, and it wasn’t the worst show I’ve ever seen. But with this final episode things just feel incomplete and half finished. Sure all the characters technically got a complete story of some kind in the end, but many of those stories just didn’t feel like they ended that strongly. The male characters got really no conclusion to their stories, and got sidelined the entire show. Meanwhile Sawa goes overseas to attempt to be a jockey, I can’t help but feel like that just isn’t going to work out in the end but I don’t know anything about jockeying so who knows. Meanwhile Wakana and Konastsu technically achieved their goals, and than their growth kinda just stops and doesn’t go anywhere from that point.

And the final drama with the school closing down was just completely unnecessary. It didn’t assist the show at all or the characters. Didn’t add anything positive to the show at all. Just created some very unrealistic drama in the end. Which could have easily been filled with more character building or slice of life moments and been better off.

In the end, I think this was another PA Works show that just disappointed me. The studio in general I feel I’ve have a really rough time with, I have had 1 original and 1 light novel adaption I really loved. And the rest just don’t do anything for me, or fall apart halfway through. Honestly a bit disappointed with the studio at this point, I never feel like I can watch their show knowing I will love it.
