One of my biggest issues with this show at the moment is I just don’t see how all of this is related really, or how it will all come together in a satisfying way. It seems we have a whole bunch of different characters who originally had their own story’s to really expand on the characters in the VN. And yet now in the anime we are seeing the true ending route. Which is fine, except I don’t really have any connection to the other characters from those other routes now, and really makes the rest of the cast feel useless.

Like take Aki, I figured she would be a major part of the show. I mean she is the main character who shows up on the poster. And yet at this point I would place Kaito and Kona as the main characters of the show. Aki and Subaru and Junna have gotten an abysmally small amount of screen time over the past couple episodes, and don’t even feel like main characters anymore.

And despite never reading the VN, I can’t help but feel like this is the result of just a very large VN trying to be cut down.
