And the school arc is now pretty much finished for the most part. It still plays some roles going forward, but it is pretty much done for given there is no school. In all this was a mostly enjoyable arc, and I think it matched the manga and light novel really well. Though I think it played up some of the annoying moments way too much, like some of Cid’s over the top acting just went on a bit too long. This far in, I am wondering where they will try and end the show at. Wonder if they are going to try and push for the Japan arc to start.
