Things are starting to progress really quickly here, honestly it might be a tad too quick. The gathering of allies in the middle there felt odd, it was just a hard cut and they had gathered a handful of people to the one room. Don’t know if that was following the source, but it kinda gives the feeling they cut out some content for time.

The flashback is nice, we finally get to learn a little bit about the history of the Shadows and the 4 armed monsters name of Shide. But I still just want more info, and it is getting a bit tiresome not getting it. Why was Haine just hanging out in the old school building for years just fine, and than suddenly got hungry and decided to go insane and killing people? Where did she even come from? How did he eye go from escaping into the woods 2 decades ago to ending up with Shinpei? Following that, did Haine also have the ability to time travel or is that a more recent development? It seems like I have a ton of questions still, and just not really getting any answers recently.
