Got two really different episodes in this one, one which is a bit light-heated and fun. Just seeing Kosuke and Ena interact and fake getting married. Culminating in that kiss, and was pretty good in general. And despite everything they say, I do think both of them do like each other. But they are both idiots who have some issues and I feel like it will take a long time to realize this.

The other is the Kanade story. Naoya and Kanade going on the normal festival date with, with it all culminating in a failed confession. And Naoya says it best, that isn’t normal. Especially for Kanade who is going through these motions with the idea that she needs to be normal, so I wonder if Yukimura has effected her some. For me, I think this will end with this just being a failed confession, and that they don’t start dating. At least not in the next episode or this season. Kanade just hasn’t yet shown Naoya who she really is at all, she just has refused to open up. And that really is no way to have a proper relationship if you aren’t willing to open yourself to your partner. I don’t even really know if Naoya is the right person for Kanade, he is coming on a bit strong to be honest and a bit aggressive. But I will hold off final opinions on him till the next episode.
