Sankarea: Undying Love : Episode 8

Most of the episode was fine, just the end was just so over the top and crazy. You have a literally kidnapping and a girl swinging around a park bench in the middle of a mall. And nobody asks any questions, there is no crowd gathering to watch this event. No cops show up. All of it is just really over the top, even for this show. But hey, the shopping trip was at least a nice event.

But anyways, we are in the final section of this show. Only a couple more episodes to go, and I can’t say this show really did anything with it’s time. I don’t really feel like everything has progressed all that much really, and that disappoints me. I was expecting more character development and possible romance, things to change between these characters in major ways that just has not happened yet. And by this point, it doesn’t really have enough time to do anything like that. Just feels like a mismanagement of time.

Also, why do they keep reusing that stupid grandfather and snail joke. It has happened like 4 times now, and it has never been funny.
